Hood College Athletic Center

This 42,000 square foot facility on the campus of Hood College demonstrates the remarkable abilities of our design‐build team. Working closely with Hood College and Zavos Architecture + Design, the project was completed in a mere four months of design and ten months of construction in order to meet a strict deadline. Better still, the project was completed within budget! Highlights of the project include a 1500 seat arena, staff offices, student and athlete training rooms, locker rooms, and a Hood College Wall of Fame honoring prestigious alumni. |
City of Frederick—Garage #5
![]() |
Proudly designed to blend in with the historic architecture of downtown, the seven story garage totals 115,000 square feet and includes shell office and retail space. Despite subsurface conditions that required up to 80’ micro‐pile foundation systems, an unforeseen relocation of a gas line and constrained access to the site due to surrounding properties, the project was completed a remarkable 45 days ahead of schedule! Other highlights include an underground future connection to an adjacent property and state of the art parking control and security. |
Creekside Plaza

Representing the City of Frederick’s first true mixed use building, this project contains a total of 90,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, office and residential uses. Project features include Class A finishes throughout, a unique skywalk connection to an existing parking garage and extensive architectural exterior elements. Through outstanding communication, coordination, management and experience, the team successfully adhered to a strict ten month construction schedule and the project was delivered within budget. As a result, the project was recognized by the NAIOP as Maryland’s best mixed use in 2008! |
